A woman stepped in to assist an elderly man who appeared unsure of how to use an ATM at Maybank.

The video shows the elderly man standing at the machine when the woman, who was queuing behind him, noticed that he seemed to be having difficulty.

Instead of simply waiting for her turn, she approached the man and guided him through the process, despite the two being complete strangers.

Her decision to lend a hand helped make an everyday task a little easier for someone who needed assistance, showing how a small gesture can make a practical difference. ❤️
