A mother gave a shoutout to a staff member at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) Bandar Bukit Raja after she stepped in to help during an unexpected situation involving her young son.

According to the mother, her son Naufal’s diaper had partially come undone, causing him to accidentally urinate on the café floor.

After attending to her son, the mother planned to return and clean the area herself. However, when she looked back, she saw that the staff member had already begun mopping the floor.

Both the mother and Naufal repeatedly apologised, but the staff member simply smiled and continued cleaning without making a fuss about what had happened.

Grateful for the staff member’s understanding and willingness to help, the mother later shared the encounter online to thank her and wish that everything in her life would be made easier. ❤️
