A Malaysian barista had the chance to put her Korean language skills into practice when Korean customers visited the café where she works. ☕❤️
The video shows the barista confidently conversing with the customers in Korean while serving them, turning an everyday interaction at work into an opportunity to practise a language she enjoys speaking.
According to her post, she previously shared videos of herself speaking Korean on TikTok but has not been as active since becoming a full-time barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Having not spoken Korean regularly for some time, she said she was excited to meet Korean customers and have the opportunity to practise her skills again.
The exchange shows how learning another language can come in handy beyond the classroom, helping people communicate and connect across different cultures during everyday encounters. 🇰🇷☕
