A simple exchange between a Malay patient and an Indian hospital staff member at Hospital Melaka showed how kindness can be shared through the smallest gestures. ❤️

According to the post, the staff member gently asked the patient whether they had eaten. After saying they had, the patient offered her a loaf of bread they had received.

After accepting the bread, she returned the thoughtfulness in her own way. She asked whether the patient had hot water and then went to get some for them herself.

The patient later expressed appreciation for her gentle and caring nature, wishing her good health and a long life.

There was nothing grand about the exchange, just a loaf of bread, some hot water and two people looking out for each other. Yet during a hospital stay, these simple gestures of consideration can mean much more. ❤️🇲🇾
